PACERS & CREWS
Please see below for essential pacer and crew information.
For more complete details: Download our Runner’s Handbook here or get it from the VT100 Resource Center.
Find A Runner
Some runners don’t have the ability to travel with pacers, so they rely on the generosity of strangers to pace them.
Please submit your info here if you are a runner who is looking to pace a VT100 participant.
Find A Pacer
Please submit your information here if you would like the VT100 to help you find a pacer. We’ll do our best to find you someone.
Running Solo
Solo runners do not use a crew or pacers along the way, relying only on drop bags and aid stations (as well as their fellow competitors) for support.
The Runner’s Handbook includes further information on this, including solo running rules.
